Registration

The online registration is now opened (6^th March 2017). The early-bird registration deadline is 3^rd April, 2017.

The payment goes via a web-interface "AzurColloque" operated by the CNRS. The payment proceeds in two stages : (i) pre-registration, (ii) registration and payment. Once the pre-registration is achieved, the system will send you an email with a link allowing you to finalise your registration and access a secured payment webpage : please allow 12-24 hours to the system for sending this email. There is no information directly shared between the two sites, therefore some details must be submitted on both sites - we apologise for the duplication in effort. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Payment is possible by debit/credit card, bank transfert or purchase order ('bons de commande' for French labs). Please note that there will be no on-site registration payment available. No refunds provided. For any request related to registration, please write us at rei2017-registration@sciencesconf.org

Fee

Regular participant fee includes all scientific program, abstract book, print copy of the proceedings, coffees and lunches during the conference, welcome reception, excursion, and conference dinner.

Student fee includes the same except the print copy of the proceedings. Proof of current studentship is required to receive this discount (e.g. a scan copy of the student card or letter from supervisor). Please send it during the pre-registration step to rei2017-registration@sciencesconf.org                                                                                                              

Participation to the international school is 50 € incl. VAT (to be paid as an option during registration), that includes coffee breaks and lunches.

Accompanying person fee is 200 € incl. VAT and includes welcome reception, excursion, and conference dinner.

Visa

You may need a visa to enter France, depending on your nationality. For further information see here. Please write us well in advance if you need an invitation letter, and send us the following information: Name, Family name, M/Mrs/Dr/... (female/male), function, birth date and birth location (town, country), your address and country, your passeport number.

Financial support

The conference is organized in cooperation with IAEA. If you'd like to apply for travel support (and registration fee's exemption) from IAEA (eligible Member States, i.e. outside Western Europe/North America/Japan/south Korea/Australia/NZ), please send us before 31^st January 2017 a short CV and your(s) REI asbtract(s) (in one single PDF document) at  rei2017-registration@sciencesconf.org. You will be notified of support's answer not later than beginning of March.
